Omg, I can't believe that I missed this post when it was first published. Thanks so much for the shout out Nick, I really appreciate it :).

Just to update you (and everyone else) the site is verrry close to completion. Last minute my developer figured out a much better way of doing part of the web app, so the extra time means that the end product should run a lot smoother. The private beta will launch soon, and then probably a week or so after that it'll go public.

Anson: I actually hand selected the beta testers, and now have some very reputable bloggers lined up to test the app. If you enter your email though you'll get notified as soon as we launch publicly.

VERY excited about this project :)

@Justin: .FLA is the source file of the Flash. You need to export the Flash file as .SWF and call that to be loaded in the web page.

@Anson: On the site you can enter your e-mail address.

@Justin: Yeah, I can't wait to see how it'll work (Comment Boost)

TheyCreated is still coming, haha.

Hmm, I may need to write a quick tutorial on that as it'd take up too much room here, plus I'd need example images. You are right though, it's not really one huge header, unless it fits within the overall width of the entire design.

I'll go ahead and write a quick tutorial on that. There's other stuff qued up right now though, so it won't be posted for a few weeks, unless I decide to fit it in between somewhere and move another one back a bit.

Sounds like a pretty good idea. Can't wait for TheyCreated either! I have another question though lol. When i make a site, i usually just have a plain background color, or a background image repeat throughout. How do you put a background like all the way across the top (repeat x), but a large one. Like on most of your sites you have i guess like a header, but it's massive. Like http://cerablu.com/ , which from my understandings.. you created the template.. the header looks like it is sliced into separate pieces. How does all of that header fit onto my monitor? Like when i;ve tried to do that, when i use a monitor with a different resolution, there is either black space (if the res. is higher) or it just looks smooshed (if res. is lower). Just wonder. And any clue when TC is going to be released? or at least like a beta? lol. Thanks Nick!
