Walmart Takes a Step in Achieving Environmental Goals

If anyone knows me well, they know I’m very interested in when (large) companies do things to save energy and help the environment. I also love LED’s…hell, I’ve been looking into retrofitting my Integra’s tail lights to be all-LED.

Anyway, I very rarely visit Walmart for various reasons, but my girlfriend and I had to visit the Walmart grocery last night, and I was more than pleased to see that all of the refrigerated cases had occupancy sensetive LED lights in them. It was very cool to be walking down the isle and see all lights come on for you.
