Great post! Although your last two points seem to contradict each other, but I understand what you mean. Web design is a lot harder these days, but also more exciting, because there are so many good designers and excellent resources.

What do you mean by using a table?

I actually had it use a GIF if it was an older IE but then decided to just take it away because I think GIF’s look terrible for headers. For little buttons and such they’re fine, but not headers.

screw trans png. i have firefox and it works great, but a simple table would suffice just fine.
